Job Skills Training
R&R Ministries seeks an experienced job/life skills instructor to prepare clients with hard and soft skills as they reenter the workforce. This role can change the trajectory of our client's future.
Shift times and subjects are open to the schedule of the volunteer, with a 4-hour minimum per week.
Financial Instructor
This volunteer is a part of our job preparedness team and provides finance education to clients reentering the workforce. You will teach basic finance management skills to our clients, who may be experiencing stable income for the first time in their lives.
Fellowship Participant
Participate in our regular fellowship gatherings where volunteers talk with each other over food, music and a biblical message.
Intercultural
Small Groups
Participate by leading a small group of R&R clients and volunteers, to both study God’s word and provide much needed fellowship to one another.
Prayer Teams
Participate in and/or lead a prayer group focused on one of the marginalized communities we serve.
Christian Counseling
Participate as a counselor to both clients and volunteers. This opportunity is available to licensed counselors, associates, as well as to students in an accredited counseling program as an internship.
