Job Skills Training
We provide training on essential skills for marginalized people to enter or reconnect with the workplace including language, financial management and behavioral training.
Discipleship
We seek to match clients who are beginning a faith journey with mature Christian believers, who volunteer to engage in an intentional discipleship relationship.
Job Placement
On successful completion of our work programs training, we seek to place our clients into jobs at a living wage, generating a sufficient income to provide for themselves and their family.
Christian Coun
Often our psychological needs mask an underlying spiritual longing that our counselors are trained to explore. We provide counseling services for both our clients and volunteers alike.
Check-In's
We offer personal check-ins to explore with our clients and volunteers—individual and family—any difficulty accessing or participating in services as well as how they can most effectively benefit from or serve in our various ministry programs.
Therapy
Talk therapy/counseling offers in-depth, confidential, nurturing psychological work to address internal obstacles, suffering, blind spots, dysfunctional habits—i.e. what any of us would need to overcome—in order to live into all we were created to be in God’s loving plan for our lives (Romans 12:2).
